The epitome of “bang for the buck”
By Jason A. Kentros
I found a pair of these in a discount store (Marshall’s) for 10 bucks but I had a problem with the cord getting bent near the jack and sound cutting out. I went to Amazon.com and found the same ones and purchased two pair and have had no difficultnesses this time around. They veritably are noise cancelling, and very comfortable. I use them with a USB mp3 player so I have music in my ears all day long and the sound that these tiny earphones invent is shockingly good. I would suppose this kind of quality from Bose, and suppose to compensate hundreds for it, but at this price, every one may afford to take pleasure in unbelievable sound. The sound is crisp and clear and the bass is deep and full. You may listen to everything from Norah Jones and Sade to Linkin Park and Korn, or even rap like Ice Cube and Eminem, and it all sounds perfect. I love listening to acoustic versions of my bestloved rock songs like the ordinary acoustic version of “Everlong” by the Foo Fighters…you’d think Dave Grohl was sitting throughout from you playing it when you listen it through these. I think the A4 Tech persons have genuinely made an magnificent product and priced it very well to make it lowpriced because frankly I would have remunerated 50-60 for these but not every one may afford to spend that on something like this. For a compact earphone, these plainly can not be beat!!

Great value for the money
By Raymond G. Pasiliao
These are unquestionably great earphones. The earbuds have a metallic shell which makes them very sturdy and smooth to the touch. The silver color you see on the photo, from the stem to the earpiece, is metallic. The earphones come with 2 pairs of extra rubber buds. As for the sound quality, the in-ear design makes for very good sound insulation and isolation. The bass is deep and strong. The highs and mids are clear enough. My only complaint is that the cord seems too long, regarding 5 inches longer than the usual ipod earphones. This might be a positive thing for some humans though. It would likewise have been nice if they put the brand name on the earbud itself. In sum, I highly commend these earphones, specially since they come at a great price. Try to get them with free shipping.
Update: After 10 months of careful use, the little piece of black fabric covering the bud opening has fallen off, but the earphones still sound fantastic. DJing is a sideline of mine and I have owned, at one time or another, the Pioneer HDJ-1000, Dr. Dre Solo Beats, and my current headphones, the Allen & Heath XD-53. Bringing along and using full size headphones on a packed train or plane may on occasion be cumbersome, so these earphones are perfective for my travels. With regard to sound quality, it is of course illogical to compare $179 headphones with [...] earphones, but somehow, I feel convinced sufficient to fetch these earphones as my backup in case my headphones break down in the middle of a set. I unquestionably can not say the same with regards to the earphones that came with my ipod. As another reviewer said, these earphones are the uttermost example of “bang for the buck”.

Absolutely stunning! These beat all the v-modas I’ve tried and are better than bose around-ear headphones. Best buy ever!
