5Very good circuit workout with weights.

This is a very good weight training circuit workout.
The exercises are done in a proper way and have a finish full body workout routine starting with a warm-up, then the exercise procedure begins with weights.
Each exercise has 3 sets, the original 2 sets are the same exercise and the 3rd set is another exercise for the same muscle group making the exercise more effective and challenging.

5Super Circuit Workout .

I am an avid exerciser for a lot of years.
This is one super non stop workout procedure with weights, that encompasses all the muscle groups, flowing with no problems or difficulties from one exercise to another, starting with a warmup, upper body exercises moving to the lower body, the abdominals, and finishing with a triple whammy set of 3 exercises in one.

5Great Workout.

This is a outstanding workout that has consistent exercises from one body muscle group to another flowing nicley non stop.

I do not have much time with 2 kids and a job, so this workout is what I do in the middle of the week, when I do not have 2 hours for the gym.

I get my full body workout with weights in 30 minutes, thats it.

Great non stop circuit and weights workout.I am completely satisfied.

    Thanks….but for me no need to add more pressure in the front position this is the safe zone as long grip on dowel is good. happy training….

    I use a ruber leash to make a litle more pressure in the log, with the dog start to open the moth will be more easy to lose the log.
