5Not just for smokers attempting to quit…

This was such a fun read!! I couldn’t put it down. This book must appeal to everyone–the smokers who are looking to quit and the non-smokers who will have to see what a struggle it is to be a smoker–trying to quit. This story is in regards to a woman’s struggle with her nicotine addiction, the realization that she must quit and her journeying through that. This book is not only insightful, but it’s hilarious! As a smoker myself, I completely understand what this author went through–as I feel we all have the same battle (that is, if you’re attempting to quit). This author actually captures your attention-and keeps it. Get this book, whether or not you’re attempting to quit. You won’t regret it! It even has action charts…
