Not as good as quitting, but helps a lot

Greatly scaled down my dependency on nicotine, but does not one thing to reduce the “habit” share of smoking. I may go much longer without smoking after using this for a few weeks. Now I refuse to smoke without it.

i DO NOT USE THESE FILTERS FOR THE GUARD IN THEM i TAKE IT OUT AND ONLY USE THE FILTER PART BECAUSE I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH CIGARETTES STICKING TO MY LIPS
