Not a alternate for quitting, but it helps

TarBars do NOT block all of the tar and nicotine, but at least they block two thirds. You do sacrifice a heap of taste and I’ve found them to be good for only 2 or 3 cigarettes each. After that, the filter gets so full of tar that it becomes difficult to draw. Also, the design someways allows rather a bit of air in the draw and I often get a arid throat and the hiccups. I have mainly scaled down the amount of my nicotine addiction and that is wonderful!

Traps tar before it gets to your lungs. Some boxes, however, are molded a little more prominent than the cigarette and this makes it difficult to keep the cigarette in the filter.
Overall, a GREAT product. I purchased mine through LTO Anything, LLC and Total Tobacco Wholesale and the deliverance time was almost overnight.
