If you have been doing the P90X workout routine and sticking to it you will have to be seeing numerous unbelievable results. I know I did. To get the results and to proceed my quest for extreme fitness gains I started going one week on and one week off. Adding long distance running three times a week on my off weeks has increased my cardio and speed. I did not want to neglect all of the workouts so I included yoga and plyometrics. It is a finelooking demanding schedule but when you think regarding it a five or six mile run takes when it comes to an hour along with the other workouts. I still give my body two days a week to rest. When I get back to my on weeks the upper body workouts are included and those muscles are rested and ready to be worked out. |
