It works GREAT! By Kirk Waldorf I agree with the other review…this works GREAT! My upper arms have become more and more flabby over the years, and within just a few weeks, I see a shocking improvement. I likewise do the 6 minute workout every day (because of the positive results, I am very motivated to keep doing it), and for the most part while observing tv, since it’s an easy procedure to remember. I likewise take it on vacation with me, since it doesn’t take up that much room. I’ve seen the absurd remarks with regards to it being suggestive, but honestly, don’t most excercises look foolish when you’re doing them? This works great, and I was convince to buy it because the main website offers to not only return the buy and shipping price, but remunerate for return shipping if you wanted to return it.

Works great By R. Straw I saw this on TV the same day I saw the Neck Slimmer. No way would I ever buy it from the TV. I went to Target, and there it was, for [...], and I purchased it. I went home, put in the 6 minute DVD into my laptop, and employed it. I could hardly keep up.I guess I have weak shoulders. I woke up the next morning, with soreness in my muscles of my arms, in tiny muscles that aren’t oftentimes used. Day 2, I did the same thing,and my biceps are more shapely. This is an amazing product!I belive in this thing, and I’m glad I found it at Target. I don’t like my arms, and not one thing seems effective. The Shape Weight is effective. I am going to do it each day (In the ease of my own home, without a suggestive expression, as the woman on the infomercial has. Hiding it from my son’s immature friends.) It is not a joke, it in truth works. For 6 minutes a day, it’s breathtakingly effective. I do wish it was marketed a bit differently so that it doesn’t look to be funny, but effective. It works, and don’t listen to a bunch of perverts who say other things in regards to it. It works, it works, it works. I love this product.

So far, so good! By N. Morehouse I confess I was one of those persons who sent the Shake Weight video around as a joke to my friends the firstborn time I saw it with the tagline: “Who the hell would in truth buy this?!” I dismissed it as one of those stupid As Seen On TV merchandise that are destined for landfills after a short-lived stint in a great deal of sucker’s living room proved it a waste of plastic. Then I read a glowing review in a fitness magazine and I decisive I had to give it a try. After three weeks, my arms are substantially more inviolable and more toned! My husband still makes fun of me when he sees me using it but I am enjoying my new muscular arms, so I guess I will have the last laugh! I commend this product, but advise you to take it easy for the duration of the Shoulder Press exercise. If you feel pain in your shoulder – STOP and save yourself a severe rotator cuff injury!

It depends what you want. Obviously less reps for strength, a bit more for size, and a lot of reps for more definition.
In general you should work both arms the same amount. Your body should naturally adjust and make things symetrical.
As a tip when you are doing bicept curls try to sit down or lean against something with your back so that you are only using your bicept mucsles and not your back or legs.
