Small Book With a Lot of Information By Bill Cashell I have to confess that I am a big fan of Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen. They have changed the way a heap of Americans look at health and the major causes of diseases. While most of the medical community is focalized on fixing existent difficulties with drugs and surgery, they are so much into prevention.

Concise Weight-loss Tips By John Freeman This book won’t give you the overall health and nutritional selective information like the splendid The Evolution Diet: All-Natural and Allergy Free or the You: On a Diet predecessor, but this quick read gives the reader tips for losing weight specifically. Most of the data is in the Oz and Mehmet’s former books, but this repackaging might be more comfortable for those looking to just focus on dropping the pounds.
Included is a sample two-week eating plan with recipes (including a tasty breakfast smoothie recipe) and a fat-blasting exercise regimen.
The writers realize the goal is difficult: support humans lose weight and they know that allround the book: THIS IS NOT A GET-THIN QUICK BOOK! But it has good, sound nutritional tips, if you’re new to the authors.

This is the book to end all diet books By MDReader I have been engaged in a struggle for years with my weight. This book at last talks with regards to aroused eating. It is a quick, right-to-the-point read. Only 100+ pages. I just received this yesterday. I have always been waiting for the magic answer and I found it in this book particularly in the “MIND” section. Thank you DrOz and Dr Roizen. I am in the end in control.

Yes. In order to lose weight, you need to both eat healthy (which you already do) & exercise. You haven’t lost anything yet or you’ve reached a plateau because you don’t exercise. P90X is simply great & will definitely benefit you.

HELL YEAH!!! that’s what it’s designed to do and also build muscle
when i started i was at about 9-10% body fat% when i was finished i was down to about 4-5% body fat%
so yes this will work
and im 5’8 and yes i do have a lot of muscle so i dont wimpy for having such low fat% i look RIPPED!!!
but since im a guy you wont get my result
cause you dont have as much testosterone as me, and girls are suppose to have higher fat%
to feed their babies
