Amazon sucks!

This product is not only mis-represented but Amazon did not one thing to aid alleviate the situation. This is not a wireless mouse as the title indicates. When the firstborn corded mouse arrived the response from client service was that they had to send me the same product again to resolve the issue. As I prevised with the initial call to client service I again received a corded mouse. When the second wrong item arrived the client service difficulties just got worse. As a long time client I am discussed with Amazon and will never use them again. I still have not received the credit to my account and will be telling every one that will listen regarding my experience. To date 5 Amazon clients have cancelled their prime memberships and I hope more do. As a client service provider I am penitent that such a huge company has no care for the gratification of the customers. Furthermore it is foolish that I got a dissimilar answer from each representative that “helped” me.
