5I purchased this rather of tony littles rock-n-roll stepper

i purchased this because everyone sold out of the tony little rock-n-roll stepper. this was 1/2 the cost but looks exectly the same, exactly. well i got it and was shocked at how without any delay you may feel your leg heat up and your butt. it actually works out your lower half. what a pleasant surprise

5Terrific Workout

After observing Tony Little’s Rock n’Roller machine featured on Home Shopping channel, I found the Body Slender machine on Amazon. The price is much less for identical machine.

Delivery was quick, packaging good even though little tear in wrapping. It arrived wholly assembled, with little mat to use underneath, tho I found the Body Slender worked fine on my low-pile carpeting. Thankfully no hydraulic shocks to potentially leak liquid or oil, one of my worries with other lateral thigh machines.

There’s no adjustment, u merely work with ur own body weight & balance. This machine is fun to use! I wanted a good lateral thigh workout, and this machine delivers! I was sweating within minutes–despite years of steadily using home gym, free weights, and treadmill. I highly commend this machine, it’s little size & astoundingly light weight make it easy to move, you may use it in front of the tv for the duration of mercantile breaks.

I consider myself to be in good shape, but could only do 6 minutes the basi time I tried it. I believe it’d be a great addition to anyone’s workout!

5Surprisingly Good-Great Value

It’s a neat little device that goes away in the closet when you aren’t using it. It gives you a beauteous good anytime workout while you watch tv. I use my own exercise mat beneath it because it’s bigger. It’s sturdy and put together very well. Pretty awful value for the price.

    Hi, exercise will definitely help you add curves to your body by helping you achieve a smaller waist and flatter tummy. You don’t need to train your abs everyday. 3-4 times a week is sufficient. Spend at least 10-15 minutes on your abs when you work them. This will ensure that you have worked your muscles amply.

    I always have had a problem with my waist area cause even if I lose weight (actually im in a perfect weight) I never lose the fat around my waist despite that my tummy do not looks too fatty at all my skin is very firm also my legs people think I train a lot but I really dont .. is just I do not have curves :( do you think exercising everyday would really help me to achieve a better waist ?     Hi, this exercise will definitely give you a better figure. You will build muscles which you may not be able to see if you have excess fat covering your muscles. If you do, you should also do cardio exercise to burn fat and calories and help raise your metabolism.
