Really like this workout. Was getting bored of my old routine and my body wasn&#039;t responding to it aswell as it used to. So have started adding some variation from these videos. Much easier to see it done and explained at the same time. Thanks Lee!</description>

If you&#039;re about to fail on a rep, and can&#039;t seem to get the dbs to a good point to get them out of your arms, what the best way to drop them without injury? (kind of like the bench press where you lean to the side to drop the bar)...(no spotter)</description>
