I purchased these a while back and I will have to say this is the best headphone I have had for a cell phone (I have a t-mobile G1 BTW). The heaphones are astounding plus it doubles as a mic when somebody calls you. I have no cons with regards to this product. Its and official HTC headset so you know your getting quality

Good headset

The earbuds are kind of big for my ears, but I’ve gotten applied to them. Nothing particular with regards to the sound but it’s good enough. You may always detach the included headphones and plug in your own.
The microphone works very well, I don’t have to make much effort for others to listen me clearly.

The merchandiser is fast and prompt with shipment and good communication. But, this headset is not compatible with T-Mobile G2 as mentioned. Had to RMA the unit.
