About the AuthorFritz Gubler is a passionate hotelier. He commenced his career in the hotel industry as a chef, spending two years in London after his apprenticeship. He then finished his professional education in Switzerland at the widely known and esteemed Ecole HÃ´teliÃ¨re de Lausanne.
