About the AuthorFritz Gubler is a passionate hotelier. He commenced his career in the hotel industry as a chef, spending two years in London after his apprenticeship. He then finished his professional education in Switzerland at the widely known and esteemed Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.

For various years Fritz worked for the in an unambiguous manner Swiss hotel and resort chain Mövenpick, significantly contributing to the opening of two hotels as well as the planning and operation of assorted restaurants.
