When it Fails Dont Look for Help!
By Clyde A. Boyd
I purchased 2 packs of these lights with two lights in each pack (not from this seller). After with regards to 8 months one light totally failed. It failed to charge and was fundamentally unworthy at that point. When I e mailed the manufacturer, Capston, they returned an automated email saying “a representative will be contacting you shortly”. When I did not listen from any individual after 5 days I rewrote them with the same information. The same automati reply came back. No one has yet to contact me. Obviously they wanted the sale and not one thing more.
Aside from the horrid client service at Capston the product is the typical over-priced cheap Chinese- made electronic junk. It’s a good concept, just be conscious when yours fails you may suppose that the maker/importer will have no interest in making good on the purchase–even when it is in warranty! Buyer Beware.
I would never buy anything from this manufacturer again. And I do not commend you do so either.

Convenient but fragile.
By Log
Eco-friendly it isn’t. Convenient it is. Bright it isn’t. So I have mixed sensations in regards to it. I purchased it for an emergency light. When the power goes out, I’ll have a ready light. So it serves that intent nicely. On the other hand, the automati nightlight function casts a very, very dim light. It’s so dim, that it scarcely works as a nightlight. You may make it more splendid by switching it on continuously, day and night, but of course that wastes energy. That’s the only way you’ll get sufficient light to pass as a nightlight. Is that “eco?” Not in my book. How does it work as a regular flashlight? It’s a blue, diffuse light that’s not all that bright. What in regards to the induction charger? Convenient, but it wastes energy as a charging system. Can’t believe it’s called “eco.” What regarding durability? Seems cheap and flimsy. Lens looks fragile. I wouldn’t want to drop it. In fact, one of the lenses was already cracked out of the package. Like I said, as an emergency light for when the power goes off, it’s in all probability an asset. Don’t buy it as a night light or a general aim flashlight. It is what it is and not one thing more.

Mine works, I just purchased another set.
By patrick808
In the interest of reasonable and balanced reviews, I want to say that I’ve been using a pair of these that I purchased at Sam’s Club and they work great. The feature set is great and the quality is the best choice I may find. The stuff you find at home centers or electronics stores don’t even come close.
I in truth go to use the Eco-i-Lite for the duration of a power outage. They worked so well, I decisive to buy two more.
