    Awesome. If you notice he spoke aboutnot going too deep. There was a rule I created called the “1 under 90″ rule meaning you are only allowed to go 1 inch deeper than 90 deggrees at some joint for many exercises. He does this perfectly. Well done.

    well u dont really need a bence,i much prefer to do them on the ground,because it gives u protection and range limits and it wont injure u.

    When making instructional videos all instructors kick it back a notch to ensure they are not teaching bad habits, or bad form. Both lead to injury.
