The Basic Curl
As it says in it is name this is the basic bicep curl exercise. You commence with the dumbbells resting in your arms hanging straight down from your body. Then you raise and curl the dumbbell all the way up to your shoulder, then as you are letting down your bicep you raise your opposite hand so you are doing both of your arms with this exercise.
The Preacher’s Curl
Using a regular preacher bench, hold a dumbbell in your hand with an underhand grip. Lock your elbow into place versus the preacher pad and then tardily curl the dumbbell upwards in order to touch your shoulder, then return to the starting position and repeat.
Concetration Curl
Sit on the end of a workout bench. Position your legs so they are shoulder width apart. Place the back of your upper left arm versus the inside of your thigh and your right hand on your knee for support. Start the exercise with your arm straight and curl it up as far as it will go. Then tardily return to the starting position and repeat.
When you are performing bicep dumbbell exercises you will want to put on a heavy weight and do a little number of reps if you are looking to build your arm muscles. If you are looking to tone your arm muscles then you will need to use a lighter weight and do more reps.

Dont waste your money By topchef1 This bar is just not very well made. The middle portion is solid but on the 2 ends it just has a hallow thin piece of metal that goes around an inner bar. Its very light weight and kinda clanky. I returned and expended the extra 10 bucks for a better quality one. I purchased it because the price and I always felt like weider merchandise could be trusted. But it looks like weider is just in it for the cash anymore, not quality.

Rusted Tricep bar By Robert Z Gilbert Received Tricep bar and the grips were rusted with a great deal of kind of gunk all over the handle. They ought to look at these things before they ship them. I have ordered tons of stuff off of amazon and never had a complaint. I’m complaining when it comes to this one. Going to keep it because I think I may sand the rust off and don’t want to mess with shipping etc. ASIN:B000N9B6LU Weider Olympic-Sized Chrome Tricep Bar]]

If you want to gain mass you need to break it down. You can start light then go heavy and the higher in weight the lower the reps. It is a good idea to use different rep ranges which contributes to muscle growth.
