4Great Set of Workouts!!

I was looking for a workout that I could do in among the days I run and train (I work out rather a bit, but wanted to switch things up). I thought this set was just going to be a fun fill in. It’s fun, but it’s more than a fill in – it’s a butt kicker! I was worried regarding the length of the workouts, but I have to tell you, I had so much fun even altho it was tough, it felt like the time flew by. I am always one up for a tough workout, and let me tell you, Stephanie and the other trainers deliver! I may already tell a divergence in my endurance and I look forward to each butt kicking.

“X-TrainFit pushes me harder than I want to be pushed, and as much as I hate it for the duration of the workout, I am so glad I powered through and feel so successful afterward. There is a lot of mixture amidst established exercises and a great deal of I’ve never seen before – but I feel everyone! The exercises are explained distinctly and the humor in the videos make me look forward to doing them. You never stop moving in these DVDs, and you’ll begin to sweat quickly. If you want a quick but tough way to get fit, this is it.”
