Night Com – Compact, water resistant, machined aluminum flashlight. Features a combining of (1) White LED, 2 Red LEDs, 1 low intensity Red LED. Uses (2) 3 volt lithium batteries. Clam packaged.

The lithium powered Night Com combines Streamlight’s new C4 premium LED Technology and MIL STD LED Night Vision protection. Streamlight’s mode-select switch allows the user to choose from (3) Lighting options. This light features the C4 premium LED technology, 2 to 3 times the output of antecedently available power leds. The Night Com uses a night vision shelter LED that meets or surpasses the necessaries of MIL-1472D The third Night Com setting gives the user (2) Nichia Ultra-Bright red leds for use when unfeigned night imaginativeness preservation is not necessary. The user may likewise set the light on ‘safety’ mode. In this mode the light may not be turned on by mistake. In addition, the Dual Switch System features an engineered tailcap switch for Power On/Power Off and signal. First the Vendor listing for this model is incorrect. The 51056 model Streamlight Night Com is an all LED light rather than using a Xenon bulb for the main light. The main bulb is a C4 white LED per Streamlight. The defective description is why I did not buy it from this Amazon vendor.
