Finish eating carbs by lunchtime and then shift your diet to lean proteins and vegetables in the afternoon and evening. Unlike carbs, protein and vegetables will not retain water in your body and you will feel the water weight drop off giving you less of a bloated aspect and feel. As an added bonus this shift forces your body to burn body fat for energy since it is not receiving carbs in the diet and not only do you cut bloating but you also speed fat burning.
