BEWARE CRITICAL REVIEWS!

Dave in Franklin TN must stick with recording his music rather than posting an unfair, uneducated, critical review of Vector’s Quintuple Refined Butane Fuel (:

Sorry, Dave–but this fuel is the BEST I’ve ever used. My comparatively costly butane lighter would often times fail to provide an adequate flame, and soon it hardly worked at all. A friend told me that the butane fuel I was using (Ronson) was not refined multiple times. He suggested that I undertake Vector because it would clean out the clogged gas jets, so I did. Since then, my lighter has worked PERFECTLY.

So yes, Dave, it JUST BURNS. But it burns. Isn’t that the point?

The Hottest Burning Butane I Have Found

I started using this Vector butane in my portable soldering irons in regards to 2 years ago. My oldest iron had gotten to where it was hard to light and would go out frequently. I was regarding to toss it, then I learned that not all butane is devised equal. Apparently most commonly available brands of butane are not filtered to a high level. After filling the clogged iron with Vector there was an prompt improvement. It lit posing no difficulty and the temp was much hotter. You could even listen that the gas flow was louder. Vector butane had cleaned it out! After 2 years and a lot of use, both soldering irons are performing great. Also I ordered a 2-pack of Vector and the firstborn may still has a great deal of fuel left. It’s in truth a good value as the cans I got were much larger(320mL) than the mutual branded butane I purchased locally in the past.

I never thought I would go ga ga over a butane gas but here goes. The primary thing you detect is the metal fill tube. The fill tube fit straight to my lighter and filled nicely. Minimum backspray when filled. Adapters included for other lighters, made out of plastic and unable to test. Love the new flame; had to adjust it down. Doesn’t seem to leave all the brown deposits that my former brand did. Pricey but a good deal of of my lighters would cost hundreds to replace.
